Company: why Fourmula builds chess in Unity

Chess - AI MasterMove is the slowest game in our Unity catalog, on purpose. It is a board, a patient opponent, and puzzles that sharpen the next real match.

Not every Fourmula title is a swipe or a dunk. Chess - AI MasterMove is the company bet that a Unity studio can also ship a quiet rival. You can sit down for a casual game or open puzzles when you only have a few minutes to train a pattern.

We mixed classical chess structure with a modern AI opponent so beginners are not thrown into a wall and stronger players still find resistance. Offline Unity play matters here too: a train ride is a good place for a closed opening and a bad place to wait on a lobby.

The production build on our studio list is the one we point parents, students, and evening players toward. It does not try to be a social network. It tries to be a board you trust.

Unity gamedev notes

Chess - AI MasterMove is live as com.fourmula.chess. Among our seven Unity production games, it is the one built for long rivalries rather than short bursts.
