These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BrickPop mobile game, website, and related services (the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing BrickPop, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who May Use BrickPop
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use BrickPop only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BrickPop for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store rules.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where local law expressly allows it
- Bypass security, access controls, or anti-cheat measures
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools
- Interfere with other players’ use of the Service or our servers
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
3. Accounts and Progress
Some features may save progress locally on your device or through platform services. You are responsible for keeping your device and any linked accounts secure. We are not responsible for lost progress caused by device changes, uninstalls, storage clears, or platform account issues, except where required by law.
4. Virtual Items and Purchases
BrickPop may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or virtual items (such as boosts, cosmetics, or currency). Virtual items have no real-world cash value, are licensed (not sold) for use in the game, and cannot be transferred outside the Service unless we expressly allow it.
Purchases are processed by the applicable app store (for example, Google Play or the Apple App Store). Their refund and billing policies apply. Taxes may be added as required.
5. Advertising
The free version of BrickPop may display advertisements. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads may appear during gameplay or between sessions, subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. User Conduct
When using BrickPop or contacting us, you agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten others
- Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data
7. Intellectual Property
BrickPop, including its name, logo, artwork, audio, code, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, stores, analytics tools, or ad networks. We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or content. Your use of those services is governed by their own policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrickPop and its owners, developers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, scores, progress, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for BrickPop in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue BrickPop. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the game, website, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the BrickPop operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
