These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Block Thunder (the "Game"), including the mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Fourmula Softech ("we," "us," or "our").
By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may not use the Services where prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone at any time for any lawful reason.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Fourmula Softech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

Block Thunder may allow you to play as a guest or link progress to a device or account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials associated with your play session.
Game progress, scores, levels, and virtual items may be stored locally or on our servers. We are not liable for loss of progress due to device changes, uninstallation, account deletion, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
The Game is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases may be available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are processed by the applicable platform and subject to that platform's terms and refund policies.
Virtual coins, boosts, or other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. We may modify, balance, or discontinue virtual items at any time as part of game updates.

We may investigate violations and take action including warnings, score resets, suspension, or permanent termination of access.
Block Thunder, including its graphics, puzzles, audio, software, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Fourmula Softech or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Services.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Game, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services.
Upon termination, your license ends immediately. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Offline play availability may vary by device and game version.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOURMULA SOFTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50).
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
